General Information

JTB Global Marketing & Travel (JTB GMT) has been appointed as the official travel agent for AIED2023 and will handle hotel accommodations.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make a reservation as soon as possible.

  • *Room rates are valid from July 3rd to 7th, 2023.
  • *Room rates are per person, per night, including service charge and applicable taxes.

Payment Procedure

Application should be accompanied by a remittance of the total amount of the room charge due JTBGMT.
(All hotel expenses deducting the deposit should be paid directly to the hotel.)
No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment by the deadline above.
All payment must be in Japanese yen.
Payments can be made by credit card and bank transfer.

Confirmation

Your reservation will be confirmed upon completing both your online reservation and the payment.
Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation Sheet" button and bring it with you upon check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation / Revision

  • *In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.
  • *Refunds will be made after the conference.
  • *Please revise and/or cancel your reservation from your "My Page" by the reservation deadline.
  • *If you would like to revise and/or cancel your reservation after the deadline, please send your request by email.
    If the request is received outside business hours, the arrangements will be handled on the next business day.
